It might help, but it’s best to give us a call and let one of our analysts look at your site and the SEO already done. If you’ve been doing SEO for over a year with no results, your SEO company might not be doing anything that actually helps (such as adding meta keywords, but not building links or doing keyword research). If they have done everything right, and yet, you still are not at the top, please keep in mind that no amount of SEO can guarantee your top place for a given keyword, it can only help you get there. At the end of the day, only Google decides what sites are at the top, the best you can do is utilize a SEO company that has enough experience so they know how Google makes its decisions.
